Job summary

You will conduct risk analysis on complex projects, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain current market data to generate precise estimates and project documentation. This role requires OSHA 10 and roofing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction estimating, with roofing experience.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, and warranties.
• Proficient with pricing, risk analysis, and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and pricing.
• Review drawings, specs, and warranty requirements for accuracy.
• Attend client meetings to assess roof conditions and propose solutions.
• Maintain current material pricing and negotiate with suppliers.
• Create submittals and project paperwork.
• Support bid processes and handoffs with sales and project teams.
• Perform risk analysis and generate job-cost reports.
