You will review drawings, analyze risks, negotiate supplier pricing, and draft detailed project documents while ensuring adherence to company processes. Ideal candidates have 5 years of estimating and roofing experience, OSHA 10, strong communication and time-management skills, and proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office,

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in construction estimating preferred.
• 5 years of experience in roofing.
• OSHA 10 Certification.
• Ability to read blueprints, submittals and drawings.
• Valid driver’s license and safe work practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and industry codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed estimates for labor, materials, equipment and supplies.
• Provide value engineering to optimize roofing systems.
• Review project drawings and specifications for warranty compliance.
• Attend client meetings with sales staff to discuss solutions.
• Maintain current market pricing for materials and supplier negotiations.
• Draft complex project documents and submittals.
• Generate job cost reports and ensure adherence to processes.
