Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating.
• Experience roofing; code enforcement and building inspections preferred.
• Continued industry education relevant to estimating duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates across labor, materials, equipment, and pricing.
• Review drawings, specifications and warranty requirements.
• Support sales by attending client meetings to assess roof conditions.
• Maintain current material pricing and negotiate with suppliers.
• Compile submittals, manufacturer documentation and paperwork.
• Participate in pre-bid, post-bid and handoff meetings.
• Conduct risk analysis and generate job cost reports.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and company processes.
