Responsibilities

• Estimate costs and submit proposals for review.
• Create/show drawings; write submittal letters.
• Analyze blueprints and project docs for time, cost, materials, and labor.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain bid logs and track bids through to completion.
