Job summary

Hargrove Roofing & Construction in Houston, TX is seeking a Commercial Roofing Business Development Representative to drive growth in our commercial roofing and coatings division. You will hunt for new opportunities, build relationships with property managers, building owners, and general contractors, and help shape a multi-million dollar book of business.

You will collaborate with estimators and operations, develop a strong sales pipeline, identify reroofing, coatings, and maintenance projects,

Qualifications

• Outside sales or business development experience required.
• Commercial roofing, construction, facilities management, or B2B sales experience required.
• Strong prospecting and networking abilities.
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable building a territory and creating your own opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship-building
• Develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, and general contractors
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Identify opportunities for repairs, restoration, coatings, maintenance, and reroofing projects
• Work with our estimating and operations teams to develop solutions and close profitable work
• Turn first-time customers into long-term clients

Commercial Roofing Business Development Representative- Houston, TX

Hargrove Roofing is expanding our commercial roofing and coatings division in Texas and is looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help lead that growth.

We're looking for a true hunter. Someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, opening doors, and creating opportunities from the ground up. If you're motivated by growth, income potential, and the ability to build a book of business that becomes your own, we want to talk with you.

What You'll Be Selling

• Commercial roof coatings & restoration
• Commercial roof repairs
• Service & maintenance programs
• Roof replacements
• Long-term roofing solutions for commercial property owners

Compensation

• $80,000-$90,000 Base Salary + Commission on Coatings & Restoration Projects
• Yearly OTE of $170,000-$250,000 in the first year
• Monthly Truck Allowance
• Full Support from Estimating, Operations, Marketing & Leadership
