Pursuit is seeking Commercial Roofing Account Managers for Louisiana, including the West Louisiana territory (Lafayette / Lake Charles). You will manage existing accounts, develop new business, perform roof assessments, and guide customers through the entire sales process—from inspection to proposal to project handoff.

This field-based, customer-facing role offers strong earning potential with commissions and opportunities to own a territory within an established commercial roofing organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing experience, commercial roofing preferred.
• Experience with inspections, assessments, and proposal development.
• Field-based, customer-facing role with strong relationship-building skills.
• Hunter mentality with strong relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and grow existing commercial roofing accounts.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct roof inspections and property assessments.
• Develop proposals and recommended roofing solutions.
• Coordinate with estimating, service, and production teams.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
