Job summary

Tecta America Dakotas in Fargo, ND is hiring Commercial Roofers/Laborers to join our local team. No roofing experience required—we provide training and a path to a long-term career in the trades.

You’ll install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems on outdoor job sites, lift heavy loads, and follow safety procedures to protect yourself and colleagues. Weekly pay, overtime, and benefits accompany a competitive hourly rate. We welcome candidates with CDL or safety certifications.

What You'll Do

• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Commitment to safety
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Construction or roofing experience is a plus but we are willing to train motivated candidates
• Forklift, MEWP, or OSHA certifications are beneficial
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record preferred

Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, or Modified Bitumen roofing systems is helpful but not required.

Candidates with experience in construction, residential roofing, or other skilled trades are encouraged to apply.
