Job summary

Tecta America Commercial Roofing in Fargo, ND is hiring Commercial Roofers/Laborers to install, repair and maintain roofing systems on outdoor job sites. This role offers $24-$32 per hour DOE, weekly pay, overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Candidates should be dependable, safety-minded and able to lift 50+ pounds; training is available if you lack roofing experience. Valid driver’s license preferred; OSHA/MEWP certifications are a plus.

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Construction or roofing experience is a plus but we are willing to train motivated candidates
• Forklift, MEWP, or OSHA certifications are beneficial
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record preferred

Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, or Modified Bitumen roofing systems is helpful but not required.

Candidates with experience in construction, residential roofing, or other skilled trades are encouraged to apply.
