Job summary

Tecta America Dakotas is hiring Commercial Roofers/Laborers to join our Minot team. Whether you have roofing experience or are looking to start a career in the trades, we're willing to train dependable, hardworking individuals who are ready to learn.

You'll assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems on outdoor job sites, following safety procedures and job specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Commitment to safety on job sites.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Construction or roofing experience is a plus but training is provided.
• Forklift, MEWP, or OSHA certifications are beneficial; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial roofing systems.
• Work outdoors on active job sites.
• Follow safety procedures and job specifications.
• Lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Climb ladders and work comfortably at heights.

What We're Looking For
