Tecta America Dakotas is hiring Commercial Roofers/Laborers for Mandan, ND. We offer training for motivated candidates and provide weekly pay, overtime, benefits after 90 days, and a $2,000 referral bonus. You will join a team focused on safety and quality in a outdoor roofing environment.

Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Prior roofing experience is a plus but not required; CDL/Licenses are preferred for certain roles.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Construction or roofing experience is a plus but we are willing to train motivated candidates
• Forklift, MEWP, or OSHA certifications are beneficial
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record preferred

Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, or Modified Bitumen roofing systems is helpful but not required.

Candidates with experience in construction, residential roofing, or other skilled trades are encouraged to apply.
