Tecta America Dakotas in Fargo, ND is hiring Commercial Roofers/Laborers to join our Fargo team. Earn $24-$32/hour DOE with weekly pay, overtime and benefits; we’re willing to train candidates with or without roofing experience.

Healthy outdoor work on active job sites, lifting 50+ pounds, height work, and strict safety compliance are expected. We offer a 401(k) plan with company match, medical/dental/vision, PTO after 90 days, and referral bonuses.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

• Construction or roofing experience is a plus but we are willing to train motivated candidates
• Forklift, MEWP, or OSHA certifications are beneficial
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record preferred

Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, or Modified Bitumen roofing systems is helpful but not required.

Candidates with experience in construction, residential roofing, or other skilled trades are encouraged to apply.
