Tecta America Dakotas is hiring Commercial Roofers/Laborers to join our Minot team. We welcome applicants with roofing experience or those willing to train to start a career in the trades. This position offers weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and a strong benefits package.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Commitment to safety
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Construction or roofing experience is a plus but we are willing to train motivated candidates
• Forklift, MEWP, or OSHA certifications are beneficial
• Valid driver's license with acceptable record preferred

Experience with TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, or Modified Bitumen roofing systems is helpful but not required.

Candidates with experience in construction, residential roofing, or other skilled trades are encouraged to apply.
