Job summary

Bridge33 Capital, based in Las Vegas, seeks a Property Manager for its Western region to oversee daily management, maintenance, and construction across multiple shopping centers. This full-time, in-person role is anchored at the Las Vegas office and supports tenant relationships, budget oversight, and owner reporting.

The position demands 2–3 years of commercial retail property experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Yardi and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience managing commercial retail properties.
• Knowledge of building maintenance and construction activities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Previous experience in property management or related fields.
• Ability to interact with tenants, vendors, and other employees.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets.
• Demonstrated leadership and management ability.
• Organize work, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain properties in best-in-class condition for tenants, customers, and investors.
• Resolve maintenance items quickly with cost awareness and communicate timelines to tenants.
• Build and cultivate long-term tenant relationships.
• Establish relationships with reliable service providers.
• Negotiate service agreements and oversee contractor work.
• Visit properties for day/night inspections including roof/HVAC/grease trap checks.
• Monitor lease terms, billing, and rent collections in compliance with leases.
• Educate tenants on lease details and Bridge33's role as Property Manager/Landlord.
• Oversee move-in/move-out processes and related utility changes.
• Review/code/approve invoices; ensure timely payments.
• Review monthly property management reports for accuracy.
• Focus on value creation and implement a value-add plan.
• Provide updates to management regularly.
