The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong background in commercial real estate management, with responsibilities that include resolving property issues, maintaining tenant communication, and establishing relationships with service providers. A salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 with an annual bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience managing commercial retail properties.
• Knowledge of building maintenance and construction activities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with property management software.
• Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain properties in best-in-class form for tenants.
• Resolve maintenance items quickly and cost-effectively.
• Negotiate service agreements with contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor terms of lease agreements and manage rents.
• Conduct routine property inspections.
