Job summary

Isa Realty Group in New York City is seeking a commission-based sales professional to join our fast-paced commercial real estate team. You will learn fundamentals of leasing, support brokers, and begin building your own client network while you tour spaces and craft offers.

Qualifications

• Leasing experience preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist brokerage team with daily leasing and sales activity.
• Accompany brokers on site tours and showings.
• Prepare spreadsheets, offer letters, and purchase offers.
• Engage Tenant and Landlord clients; grow your client base over time.

Job Requirements:

• Be a self-starter, be motivated to learn, and have a desire to build an independent book of business over time.
• Be familiar with New York's retail landscape.
• Some leasing experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Have an ability to be direct and bold in communications.
• Be willing to think big and have no fear.
• Be organized and able to handle multiple assignments - with an eye for detail for each one of them.

About the Job:

• This is a commission-based role, not a salaried position.
