You will build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand our services in the Virginia area, while maintaining an active sales pipeline and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in commercial property, cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry preferred.
• Strong process and results-driven attitude.
• Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target commercial clients educating them about SERVPRO.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial properties and other potential clients in our sales territory.
• Increase brand awareness by participating in marketing events such as professional associations, lunch-and-learns, and CE classes.
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities via effective sales strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Increase territory revenue by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
