The Commercial Relationship Team Administrator will lead the area's Commercial Relationship Specialists and provide high-level sales support to Commercial Banking teams to ensure quality customer service. The RTA typically manages three or more Commercial Relationship Specialists and may also have direct management responsibility for other support associates. The RTA will also service clients directly as needed.
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Pay ranges are job-specific and serve as a market reference for compensation decisions. Factors impacting pay include experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location, and performance. Pay varies among individual associates within the same job.
The target salary ranges are based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for the position's location and level:
