Job Description

At Regions, the Commercial Relationship Team Administrator (RTA) II is a senior RTA that will manage the district's Commercial Relationship Team Administrators and Commercial Relationship Specialists. This position will also provide high-level sales support to the Commercial Banking teams to ensure customers receive excellent service.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Leads, supports, and coaches Commercial Relationship Specialists and Commercial Relationship Team Administrators (RTAs)
  2. Proactively leads and provides guidance and analytical support for process enhancements and workflow improvements within the district or department supported
  3. Manages a team of RTAs and relationship specialists, exercising usual authority concerning staffing, performance appraisals promotions, and terminations
  4. May manage overall loan maturity process for team and ensures CRS/RM teams are proactive with processing renewals
  5. Oversees loan pipeline in para lending stages and act as liaison for team when working with Credit Products Para lending departments
  6. Leads the Relationship Team as the primary resource for OneView system information, usage, and training
  7. Oversees or submits Officer Code Changes when needed on behalf of team, portfolio transfers, etc.
  8. Collaborates with Management and Relationship Managers to understand needs of the client and identify ways to improve servicing
  9. Manages complaint database on behalf of team including working directly with clients for resolution on escalated issues
  10. Coordinates weekly team meeting(s) with Commercial Banking Leaders
  11. Assists team with resolving complex or escalated issues
  12. Facilitates new associate onboarding for new Commercial Banking team members
  13. Compiles and distributes management reporting such as, Area 360 Report, Weekly Sales Report, OneView Pipeline, Ticklers, Maturities, Past Due, and Exception Reports
  14. Ensures team compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and internal audits
  15. Leads department on various projects or initiatives to ensure timely completion
  16. Approves and manages department expenses such as office supplies and accounts payable requests
  17. Supports Commercial Banking Leaders as needed with other administrative duties such as travel, expenses, additional ad hoc reporting, org chart updates and other tasks as assigned
  18. Serves as an expert within their area of expertise and acts as the primary contact regarding operational questions, issues, or concerns
  19. Provides leadership and informal coaching

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

  1. High School Diploma or GED
  2. Seven (7) years of experience in Commercial Banking

Preferences

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or related field

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

Job Range Target:

Minimum: $68,488.75 USD

Median: $101,980.00 USD
