Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or equivalent.
• Three years of progressive experience in small business and commercial banking.
• Strong understanding of loan origination, underwriting, documentation, and Treasury Services.
• Strong understanding of commercial relationship management.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and strong presentation skills.
• Proficient with business software and able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve production goals in new commercial loans as set by regional leadership.
• Achieve non-interest income goals by referring to Mortgage, Wealth, Treasury, and Merchant Services.
• Maintain pipeline of existing relationships and new prospects.
• Structure new loan requests in line with credit policy and customer needs.
• Collaborate with credit staff to ensure proper pricing and origination discipline.
• Represent the company in the community and build referral networks.
• Complete training in the expected timeframes and uphold company standards.
