• Proven experience as a Commercial Relationship Manager or equivalent C&I-focused role
• Strong C&I lending experience (cash flow–based lending)
• Formal credit training (bank-sponsored credit program or equivalent)
• Demonstrated track record of relationship management and loan production
• Advanced financial statement and cash flow analysis skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
