Job summary

Rd& in Apex, NC seeks a Refrigeration Installation Foreman/Supervisor to lead commercial refrigeration installation projects, supervise crews, ensure safety, quality, and schedule, and maintain customer satisfaction. This role requires up to 100% travel within the service region.

The candidate must have a high school diploma or GED, 7+ years of refrigeration installation experience, EPA 608 Universal Certification, and a valid driver’s license. Leadership experience is preferred.

The Refrigeration Installation Foreman/Supervisor is responsible for supervising commercial refrigeration installation projects, leading crews, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.

This position requires up to 100% travel throughout the service region.
