Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2-4 years of related experience, Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience in real estate or transaction management preferred.
• Ability to explain complex content concisely and logically.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad tactical and operational support to a team of transaction management professionals.
• Track upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates.
• Facilitate invoicing and tracking of commissions.
• Maintain project files (hard copy and database) with required documents.
• Prepare closing packages for leases and acquisitions in line with policy.
• Submit and follow up on client surveys and update logs.
• Coordinate real estate market data for the Transaction Manager.
