Master Search Solutions seeks an experienced paralegal with leasing expertise in New Jersey real estate. The role focuses on managing commercial lease documentation, monitoring obligations, and coordinating related litigation and compliance tasks.

You will draft, review, and coordinate lease agreements, track milestones, and develop lease dashboards, while maintaining litigation files and processing invoices. Strong MS Office and PDF editing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate or leasing.
• Experience drafting/managing lease documents and ability to interpret lease terms and risks.
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF/document editing tools.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and coordinate commercial lease agreements, amendments, and related documents.
• Maintain/update lease documentation.
• Abstract leases and summarize key terms, obligations, and critical dates.
• Keep track of lease milestones (renewals, expirations, options, notice requirements).
• Develop/maintain lease summary charts and dashboards.
• Monitor compliance with lease terms.
• Maintain litigation files and assist in preparing discovery materials.
• Review, track, and process invoices.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and departmental communications.
• Manage legal correspondence, file organization, and document retention systems.
