Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents such as lease amendments, extensions and assignments.
• Facilitate and coordinate due diligence activities and transactional closing of real estate and asset purchase transactions.
• Prepare deeds, transfer declarations, easements, bills of sale, tax pro-rations, real estate closing/settlement statements and affidavits.
