Job summary

Godot Consulting Group seeks a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of CRE transactions, including acquisitions, sales and leases. This full-time, remote role requires at least three years of paralegal experience in commercial real estate and a Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate.

You will perform due diligence, draft and review purchase agreements, leases and amendments, coordinate closings, manage confidential files, and monitor critical dates.

• Strong understanding of commercial leases, purchase agreements, and related documents.

• Ability and willingness to be flexible with work hours when necessary.
