Job summary

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a temporary opportunity with a nationally recognized law firm. This role can sit in Washington, DC and offers a hybrid schedule.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience, strong title and survey review skills, and experience supporting transactions from due diligence through closing. UCC filings and lease abstracts are preferred. Excellent multitasking is essential.

This role can sit in Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Irvine, or Washington, DC and offers a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
• Strong title and survey review experience
• Experience reviewing title commitments, exception documents, ALTA surveys, and zoning reports
• Experience supporting commercial real estate transactions from due diligence through closing
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UCC filings and searches
• Lease abstracting experience
• Law firm experience preferred

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience reviewing title and survey materials, identifying and resolving diligence issues, coordinating with title companies and third-party consultants, and supporting sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
