A detail-oriented legal professional with at least 2 years of experience supporting commercial real estate transactions
Comfortable navigating title and survey reviews, zoning reports, and due diligence processes
Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, including attorneys, clients, and external counsel
Familiar with REA documents, estoppels, and title exception materials
Proficient in legal document management systems (experience with Net Docs is a plus)
Hold a college degree or equivalent practical experience in a legal or real estate setting
What You’ll Do
Partner closely with attorneys to support all phases of commercial real estate finance transactions
Coordinate with clients and outside counsel to ensure smooth and timely closings
Conduct in-depth reviews of title commitments, surveys, and related documentation
Order and analyze zoning reports and due diligence materials
Assist in the preparation and review of REA documents, estoppels, and other legal instruments
Maintain organized transaction files and manage document flow using legal tech tools

Transactions close efficiently and on schedule, with all documentation accurately prepared and reviewed
Attorneys and clients feel supported and informed throughout the process
