You bring 5+ years of title and survey experience, with 7-10 years preferred, and a strong background in large law firms or title companies. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with excellent organization and communication

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments, analyze exceptions, and help resolve title issues.
• Prepare pro formas, endorsements, and related diligence deliverables.
• Coordinate flood diligence and support transaction closings.
• Work with attorneys, title companies, borrower’s counsel, and other deal parties.
• Manage matters ranging from single assets to portfolios of 50+ properties.

• Closing deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality work and accurate billable timekeeping (1,650-hour annual requirement)

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $95,000 (annually based on experience)

Location:

Charlotte, NC (Hybrid, 4 days in office)
