Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
Montgomery, AL


Our client is in need of an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support one attorney in legal matters related to commercial real estate transactions. Basic responsibilities will include:

  • Document Preparation: Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, purchase agreements, loan documents, and closing documents.
  • Due Diligence: Conducting title searches, reviewing title commitments, and resolving issues such as liens or encumbrances.
  • Coordination: Assisting with property closings by coordinating with buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies.
  • Research: Investigating zoning laws, land use regulations, and other legal issues affecting commercial properties.
  • Records Management: Organizing and maintaining files related to real estate transactions.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.
  • Communication: Serving as a point of contact for clients, brokers, and other stakeholders in real estate deals.
