Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in Miami, FL to support sophisticated real estate transactions and financing matters. You will review title commitments, coordinate with title companies, and assist with closings from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has extensive CRE transactional experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a law firm environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of commercial real estate transactional and financing paralegal experience.
• Prior experience in a law firm is required.
• Strong knowledge of title, survey, due diligence, financing, and commercial closing processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using electronic document-management systems. Filesite experience is a plus.
