JLL in Denver is seeking a Leasing Advisory Intern to support leasing brokerage activities and gain exposure to CRE. You'll assist with sourcing, securing, and servicing clients on occupier and landlord sides as part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial sales environment.

You will build Excel-based models, help prepare materials, manage leads, and shadow senior brokers in negotiations while promoting JLL's CRM software. This internship runs June 7, 2027 through August 13, 2027, onsite in Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent organization and time management under tight deadlines.
• Interest in a career as a commissioned Broker.

Responsabilités

• Support senior brokers with business development by outreach to new leads.
• Gather and evaluate market data to aid client deliverables.
• Assist with preparing offering materials, pitch decks, and presentations.
• Read and abstract real estate documents such as leases and operating statements.
• Create and use Excel-based analytical tools and models.
• Shadow senior brokers in negotiations and documentation.
• Promote JLL's brokerage software and CRM programs.
