JLL is offering a Leasing Advisory Intern position in Dallas, TX. You will support leasing brokerage activities, assist with data gathering, and help prepare materials for client presentations.

This internship provides exposure to CRE processes, including sourcing, securing, and servicing clients on both occupier and landlord sides. You will work with senior brokers on business development, market analysis, and transaction documentation, while promoting JLL software and CRM tools to improve

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Previous internship experience in a professional environment.
• Permanent US work authorization.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative information.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A strong interest in pursuing a career path as a commissioned Broker.

Responsabilidades

• Support senior brokers with business development by initiating outreach to new leads, managing prospect data, and organizing historical client activity.
• Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data to assist with client deliverables and presentations.
• Assist with the preparation of offering materials, pitch decks, and other presentations for new business pursuits.
• Read, review, and abstract real estate documents such as leases and operating expense statements for clients.
• Create and use sophisticated Excel-based analytical tools and financial models for ad-hoc analysis.
• Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiations, evaluations, and documentation.
• Serve as a technology champion, promoting and supporting the use of JLL's brokerage software and CRM programs.
