Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, real estate development, or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, schedules, budgets, and project controls.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, engineering, and construction documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned commercial real estate projects from pre-construction through completion and turnover.
• Assist with feasibility, budgeting, scheduling, and overall project planning.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Review designs, schedules, and budgets; participate in design development and value engineering.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance; track costs and change orders.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and closeout activities.
