Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in good standing.
• 7+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience at a law firm.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across PSAs, leases, and financing documents.
• Ability to manage matters independently with minimal oversight.
• Excellent attention to detail, client service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and development agreements.
• Handle acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing transactions.
• Manage deals from LOI through due diligence, title and survey review, and closing.
• Work closely with partners and serve as a primary point of contact for clients.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and paralegals.
