• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate documents, including PSAs, leases, easements, and development agreements.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and development agreements
• Handle acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing transactions
• Manage deals from LOI through due diligence, title and survey review, and closing
• Work closely with partners and serve as a primary point of contact for clients
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and paralegals
