The ideal candidate will have a JD, active Virginia bar, and 5–10 years of experience handling purchase and sale agreements, leasing, financing, and development in commercial real estate. You will draft and negotiate complex documents, manage deals independently, and contribute to land use and zoning matters.
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
