This opportunity is suited to an attorney with 5-10 years of experience handling sophisticated commercial real estate matters, particularly commercial leasing, with broader experience in commercial property transactions.

Must Haves

• 5-10 years of relevant legal experience.
• Substantial experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases.
• Broader experience in the acquisition, disposition, development and financing of commercial properties.
• Experience representing companies, developers, investors or other entities in sophisticated real estate matters.
