AJ Chambers US is a respected New York law firm seeking a senior commercial real estate transactional attorney to join a collaborative practice handling high-value deals for developers, investors, lenders and tenants.

The candidate will independently manage complex transactions from inception through closing, with strong drafting, negotiation and client-relations skills. Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Competenze

• Admission to the New York Bar required.
• Approximately 10–15 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience handling: leasing, acquisitions and dispositions; manage complex transactions start to finish.

The firm advises developers, investors, lenders, landlords, tenants, and businesses on a wide range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team handling high value transactional work for an established client base.

Must Haves

• Admission to the New York Bar
• Approximately 10-15 years of commercial real estate transactional experience gained at a respected law firm.
• Significant experience handling:
• Commercial leasing
• Acquisitions and dispositions
• Proven ability to independently manage complex transactions from inception through closing.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Experience advising sophisticated clients including developers, investors, landlords, tenants and lenders.

Nice to Have

• Experience across a variety of commercial asset classes.
• Florida Bar admission or experience handling Florida commercial real estate matters.
• Experience supervising or mentoring junior attorneys.
• Existing client relationships or business development experience is welcomed but not required.

Our client is offering a competitive base salary in the region of $250,000-$325,000, dependent on experience, expertise, and overall credentials.
