Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Phoenix seeks an SPQREA-Associate to develop business and market CRE properties, coordinating negotiations and transactions for clients. You will support brokers, assemble data, and prepare reports throughout the deal process.

Required: Bachelor's degree with up to 3 years of experience; strong MS Office skills and good organizational and mathematical abilities. Real estate licensure is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate License strongly preferred.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset and math abilities.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional services to the current client base.
• Provide clients with information on leasing availability, market conditions, and property values.
• Accompany prospective clients to property sites to discuss features, leasing rates, and terms.
• Assemble property data such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, etc.
• Prepare RFPs, review responses, and produce market reports and comparisons.
• Coordinate materials for transactions; prepare offers, term sheets, and lease amendments.
• Assist attorneys in preparing real estate contracts and participate in negotiations and due diligence.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
