Job summary

CBRE is seeking a SPQREA-Associate in Glendale, CA to develop business and market commercial real estate properties for clients. You will negotiate leasing terms, purchases, or sales of assets for client representation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate License strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional services to the current client base.
• Provide clients with information on leasing availability, market conditions, and property values.
• Accompany clients to property sites to discuss features, leasing rates, and terms.
• Assemble property data such as tenant surveys, summary reports, and maps.
• Prepare RFPs, review responses, and create market reports.
