Job summary

CBRE is seeking a SPQREA-Associate to develop business, market commercial real estate properties, and negotiate leasing, purchase, or sale on behalf of clients.

This role sits within CBRE's Brokerage function, focusing on residential, office, and commercial properties for occupation, with emphasis on building relationships and closing deals.

Ideal candidates have up to 3 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a Real Estate license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate License is strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Provide clients with market conditions, rents, and property values.
• Accompany clients to sites to discuss features and terms.
• Prepare property data such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, etc.
• Prepare offers, term sheets, and leases; review responses.
• Assist attorneys with real estate contracts and due diligence.
• Coordinate materials for transactions and track deadlines.
• Model CBRE RISE values in daily work.
• Exchange information clearly and meet deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to standardized procedures.
