Jobot is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join a growing Pennsylvania practice group. You will manage a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development projects, drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents, and coordinating due diligence with title companies and lenders.

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience handling commercial real estate transactions - acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and due diligence.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission (non-negotiable).
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the judgment to manage multiple matters independently.

Responsabilidades
