Overview

• The role requires broad experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, and real estate finance.
• Preferred experience includes representing developers, owners, investors, borrowers, lenders, or other participants in sophisticated real estate matters.
• Core responsibilities involve drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, loan documents, easements, development-related agreements, and other documents commonly used in real estate transactions.
• The candidate will manage due diligence and closing processes, including reviewing title and survey materials, identifying and resolving property-level issues, coordinating with clients and transaction participants, and maintaining deal timelines and closing deliverables.
• Experience with joint ventures, construction lending, senior living, or portfolio and multi-state transactions is a plus but not required.
• The firm's Real Estate practice handles complex transactions for clients across various industries and asset classes.
