You will perform legal research, draft contracts and related documents, and help manage complex transactions from inception to closing, while preparing for closings and participating in negotiations under a hybrid work model with regular in-office presence.

• Requires immediately transferable skills, a strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school, and prior experience in a large or mid-sized law firm.
