Job summary

Marina Sirras & Associates LLC in Hartford/Boston region seeks a commercial real estate associate with 2–4 years of deal experience to join a Vault-ranked Am Law 200 firm’s Real Estate + Development Practice.

You will handle sophisticated matters for buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, owners, and tenants across acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and land use, with excellent drafting and client communication skills. Hybrid schedule, 2–3 days in office weekly.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of commercial real estate experience
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, or development
• Strong title, survey, zoning, and land use experience
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
• Admission (or eligibility for admission) in Connecticut or Massachusetts

Responsibilities

• Work with buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, owners, and tenants across a broad range of CRE matters.
• Involves acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and land use transactions.
• Draft, negotiate and coordinate with clients and opposing counsel as part of deal execution.

You’ll work with experienced attorneys representing buyers, sellers, lenders, developers, owners, and tenants across a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, and land use.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $190,000 to $202,500, depending on experience, plus a competitive bonus and benefits package.
