Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Based in our Greenwich, CT office, this role starts on-site and transitions to a hybrid schedule after 90 days—giving you the runway to build strong relationships with the team before enjoying the flexibility of a blended work arrangement. Connecticut bar admission required; NY and/or NJ admission a strong plus.
Note: This role requires 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate and corporate transactions, with hands-on experience handling deals from drafting through closing. Connecticut bar admission is required. Candidates without a commercial real estate transactional background will not be considered.
