Key Responsibilities

• Represent commercial buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in sales and leasing transactions.
• Conduct comprehensive market research, property valuations, and financial analyses.

• Manage complex contract negotiations, due diligence processes, and disclosures from inception to close.
• Collaborate with office management and transaction coordinators to ensure absolute compliance with DRE guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience:Minimum 2+ years of active experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing (proven track record as a solo agent or an established team).
• Licensing:Active California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (DRE) isrequired.
• Expertise:Strong understanding of commercial property types, investment analysis, local zoning, and commercial contracts.
• Skills:Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills; self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
