This is a contract role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area, with flexibility for some remote work in a hybrid model. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and securing new opportunities, representing clients in transactions, negotiating real estate agreements, and managing property listings. The role also involves conducting market research, networking with potential clients, and staying updated on property trends specific to the Florida commercial real estate market.
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate, including understanding market trends, client needs, and property analysis
- Possession of a valid Florida Real Estate License
- Proficiency in brokerage processes and real estate sales
