Hajoca Corporation in Sacramento, CA is hiring a Commercial Sales & Quotations Specialist to own the development and execution of accurate, profitable commercial quotations. You will work with customers, manufacturers, vendors and the Profit Center team to move opportunities from initial request through quotation and order fulfillment.

The role requires reading plans, specifications and addenda, negotiating pricing, maintaining a robust quote pipeline, and delivering timely quotes.

Qualifications

Three or more years of commercial plumbing quotations, estimating, commercial sales or related wholesale-distribution experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing products and applications.
Experience reading and interpreting project plans, specifications and addenda.
Experience preparing quotations, submittals or comparable project documentation.

Responsabilités

Own development and execution of accurate, competitive quotations.
Interact with customers, manufacturers, vendors and sales team to move opportunities from request through order fulfillment.
Develop and maintain a professional quote pipeline and project files.
Negotiate pricing with manufacturers and vendors and organize pricing.
Convert awarded quotations into sales orders and coordinate deliveries and project documentation.
