Job summary

The Kinetic Group is seeking a Commercial Quality Auditor to support QMS compliance in production areas at our Anoka location. You will audit products, processes, SOPs and systems, communicate findings to Operations, and train adjusters on proper gaging methods.

Responsibilities include performing process capability studies and SPC audits, with shifts available (V/U/P/Q) and a requirement for strong data analysis and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No disciplinary action within the past 12 months.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and work with numbers.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Operations Audits: perform, document and communicate audits of products, processes, SOPs and systems to assess compliance.
• Technical Support: perform machine process capability studies, SPC audits.
